Real Estate AI Agent provides a Chrome browser extension designed to assist home buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey. Our Service includes:
· AI-powered assistance for real estate research and analysis
· Tools and features to help evaluate properties
· Information and insights for home buying and selling decisions
· Integration with real estate platforms and websites
· Communication features including optional SMS notifications
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various tiers, including a free tier and paid subscription options with credit-based usage.
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Real Estate AI Agent offers the following subscription options:
· Free Tier: Basic access to the Service with limited features and usage credits
· Paid Subscription Tiers: Enhanced access with additional features and credits, billed on a recurring basis
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use certain features of the Service. Credit allocations vary by subscription tier, and additional credits may be purchased separately. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan.
For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees due.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION FEES, CREDIT PURCHASES, OR OTHER CHARGES. This includes, but is not limited to, partial month refunds, refunds for unused credits, or refunds for downgrading to a lower subscription tier.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
· Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
· You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
· You will retain access to paid features until your current billing period ends
· Any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing period
· No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
Users on the free tier may discontinue use of the Service at any time without any financial obligation.
By using our Service, you agree to:
· Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
· Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using the Service
· Not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
· Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

· Not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Real Estate AI Agent, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
· Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Service
· Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
· Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

The information provided through our Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL ESTATE AI AGENT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Estate AI Agent and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Warren County, Ohio.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Estate AI Agent regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
The following terms apply if you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Real Estate AI Agent.
17.1 Description of SMS Use Cases
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you may receive the following types of SMS communications from Real Estate AI Agent:
• Transactional Messages: Account notifications, service updates, appointment reminders, property alerts, listing notifications, and support-related communications.
• Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, tips for home buyers and sellers, product updates, special promotions, new feature announcements, and newsletter content.
• Account & Security: Account verification codes, password reset notifications, security alerts, and important account-related updates.
• Customer Service: Responses to your inquiries, follow-up communications, and support ticket updates.
17.2 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Real Estate AI Agent is not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.
Message frequency may vary based on:
• Your account activity and preferences
• Type of messages you've opted to receive (transactional, marketing, or both)
• Time-sensitive alerts related to properties or appointments
17.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Real Estate AI Agent, its affiliates, and wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers) are not liable for:
• Delayed or undelivered messages due to network issues, carrier outages, or technical failures
• Any errors in the content, accuracy, or timeliness of any SMS message
• Any damages or losses resulting from delayed, failed, or misdirected messages
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures beyond our reasonable control
• Any actions taken or not taken in reliance on SMS messages
Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through their networks. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.
17.6 Age Restriction
SMS messaging services provided by Real Estate AI Agent are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we become aware that a user under 18 has opted in to receive SMS messages, we will immediately remove them from our SMS list.
